Awesome GF beer that actually tastes like beer. And it's good!!! You can purchase growlers too which is awesome. I want to spend hours here lol

A brewhouse. An amazing brewhouse. The first thing you'll see upon entering this warehouse-area taproom is the sign on the door saying "This is a gluten free facility" meaning guests and employees alike cannot bring gluten-containing foods inside. I'll get to the beer in a minute. There are cupcakes. Scrumptious and beautiful, the flavor changes every few weeks. But I haven't had a flavor yet that I haven't wanted (or eaten!) more than one in an evening. Fridays, there is Food on Fridays. In the summer, this means food trucks with only gluten free fare! In the winter, there are vendors who do "Chef's Table" with only gluten free food. Chow Girls, T-Bone from Tollefson Farm Pork, Rusty Taco, and Crazy Puppy are my favorites. Onto the beer, finally! Pyro is the American Pale Ale, and the flagship beer. It is the one available in stores and restaurants in the beautiful white cans. I like it better out of the tap than the can. And infusions of Pyro. Orange-blossom honey infusion for those with a sweeter taste. The other infusions are seasonal: lime, cranberry, raspberry, blackberry. They are all delicious but I like the lime the best of the infusions. Roasted Coffee Ale. Has been a mainstay for months now and a delicious coffee-brown ale. I wish I could say fancy things about beer but I just know what I like and most of my growlers have been filled with the Coffee in the past. And brewers choice. There have been Imperial Stouts, Black Pepper Porter (MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!) and the newest is the BBB Lager. Pretty dang good for a lager. Would go great with pizza (hey Hannah.... Pizza and lager???) Growlers and the 175ml "Grumblers" are for sale on Thursday til 8pm and open to close on Friday and Saturday. There are special prices on Thursdays. Sunday the taproom is open. It is awesome for socializing (no sports on TV, sorry!). There is a GINORMOUS collection of games including Cards Against Humanity. There are weekly "Sunday Funday" happenings. But no growlers on Sunday due to MN law. And did I mention the great people you'll meet there?!! Yeah, that will happen. I promise. It is family friendly, dog friendly, and 100% GLUTEN FREE! So maybe you'll find me there sometime. I'll be the one with beer and 2 cupcakes...

Friendly staff, the beer definitely takes getting used to as it is gluten free. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area, have had great experiences there. The fused ales are awesome.

This place is pretty cool; Esthetically it's not the most unique or fascinating place I have ever been but they have good beer, for real cheap, and a good vibe. I tried the lime infused pyro which was pretty awesome; quite zippy and refreshing. The tart cherry infused brew was good as well and for $3.25/half pint and $5 something a pint it ain't too shabby. Some folks were playing cards next to us and it dawned on me that this would be a great place to do just that: play some games and drink some beer. There's no wait service so you're not really holding anybody up and you can relax and enjoy yourself. (Unless of course there are people waiting as it's a fairly small tap room but you know...that's just being courteous.) Anyway, if you're in the area, you should check it out! Glad to know this is here and right in my neighborhood!

I will likely do an update, providing additional information, and specifics on expanded beer selections during our next visit. But I could not miss out on a chance to review this new ( and 100% gluten-free ) brewery in St. Paul, MN. Burning Brothers wowed me with product, enthusiasm, and passion for what they do. From the minute we walked in, we were treated like family. The space itself is simple. Nothing fancy, and that is fine with me. There are tables, as well as a small bar with stools. We lucked out, & sat at the bar, where we had the pleasure of talking to what seemed to be the entire staff. Every person was so incredibly thrilled to be there, and share information with the customers. We had the American Pale Ale (which btw is available in cans in the metro area). I love seeing the local products already distributed outside of the hub location. We discussed flavor, future ales, and the process with the brewers. I didn't want to leave. The beer itself was enjoyed by myself and my three companions (none of whom are gluten-free). We all were delighted with the taste. The fact that we could TASTE hops, followed by some citrus notes gave credit to this gluten-free ale as a REAL BEER. None of that overwhelming weird sorghum sticky taste that is typical with gluten-free beers. After talking to the folks there, it is clear that they are adventurous and creative with their beer styles. This place felt like home to me, and I can't wait to go back.

I spent a couple hours in the small taproom at the brewery. This is the best gluten-free beer I've ever had. The Pryo APA is fantastic, the Roasted Coffee Ale is also great, and the others I had did not stand out - the fused orange blossom honey, fused cranberry, and the imperial porter. On Fridays they bring in a food vendor - today it was Tollefson Farm and I had a great smoked sausage wrap and smoked bacon wrap. They were also serving very good cupcakes (gingerbread with pumpkin custard filling)

Who says Gulten free beer doesn't taste good? Not me! Burning Brothers does a good job making a tasty beer that is for those that can't have gluten or those that are trying to avoid it for other reasons. It's definitely a good place to have a pint. The taproom looks great and is spaceous. The only reason I'm giving Burning brothers a 4 star rating is for their lack of variety. I get it though. They want to produce an alternative beer and getting recipes down can be hard. It sounds like they'll have another brew on tap in about a month, so I'll have to post an update on that brew. So far I like what I see and taste!

Great fun. Really good beers for GF people. Nice to have the focus and options. You might not be able to tell their beers are GF. Really friendly and helpful.

The location is odd but there is plenty of parking for cars and bikes right in front of the brewery. I didn't expect the beer to be as good at it is without gluten. They have a coffee beer that was amazing and nothing like I have tasted before. I got a flight of beer and was happy with each one as it had something different to offer.

I have several friends who are gluten free so in a show of support I went to this gluten free brewery. Guys, they have really good beer. Gluten content or not, this is good beer. Pyro is an APA and makes a fantastic summer beer, plus they do various infusions of it (the lime one and the raspberry one are my favs, the orange-honey was a bit too sweet for me). The Coffee Ale is a beautiful dark beer full of flavour but otherwise light. Fun fact, gluten free beer isn't "heavy" which means the alcohol is going to hit you way faster. I was stunned at feeling buzzed after only a pint (point of reference, 3 is my normal safe limit). And take the tour. Dane is a funny guy and explains the process so well. I've taken brewery tours before and had started to get the "done one brewery tour you've done them all" kind of attitude but this one is different. Whether you can consume that delicious gluten protein or not, this is a good brewery to kick back and enjoy a beer.

Really a treat to find gluten free beer on tap! Wish food offerings extended beyond chips and cup cakes. Still the flight was fun to try. Growlers are available making it worth a trip across town.

I went to a random beer tasting, saw all the growlers and my eyes went wide. The host brought several mugs to the table for a blind tasting. One was far better than the rest, BBB Pyro. I've never even seen a commercial for it. Pyro was better than Summit Pale Ale, Surly, Sierra Nevada, and 612. I would describe it as freshness with hops. Perfect for a hot afternoon on the water. I wanted to go to the brewery, visited the website, and learned it was gluten-free. I've tried gluten-free foods before, they're really not good. However, PYRO is beer, I would never know it was gluten-free. I'm excited to go meet the brewers, I'm sure they are more professional than the previous review posted by Eric S.. You can't have this high-level of craftsmanship with unprofessional owners. I can see the owner's position, they have a product that serves as an allergen safe product but can hold its own against the beers that are dangerous to people with gluten allergies; so why do they have to explain its gluten-free? I think about my kids when they were in elementary school; a kid nearly died because he smelled peanut butter. After that incident the school was on lock-down from any peanut product. Teachers would literally jump over tables to get peanuts away from the kid with allergies. So, if BBB has gluten in their establishment, which goes against their core values, they need to be as strict as teachers to make it safe for the other patrons. Seems reasonable to me. Kids in school cry when teachers tell them they did something wrong. I'm sure Eric S. was just offended because he isn't used to having a business tell him he is wrong or doing something dangerous for others. There is a difference between professionalism and a business owner protecting its core values. I wish more businesses in America would create their own value statements and abide by them even at the risk of offending a few individuals. Plus they make a darn good beer.

Very good gluten free beers. However one of the employees freaked out because someone in our group was eating goldfish crackers and she claimed people with celiac disease could get sick by having someone near them eating gluten. Completely Ridiculous and an severe over-reaction!

Burning Brothers has excellent (gluten free) beer in a dedicated gluten free facility. The taproom in cozy, has puzzles and games and even houses it's own little free library.

I'm so happy to have this place in my neighborhood. Delicious beer, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Only one brew right now, but it's great. A crisp light beer with a ton of body and depth of flavor that you wouldn't expect by looking at it. My husband and I stopped in on opening night. We chatted with some of the staff including one of the owners. They told us to expect more brews soon. You gotta stop by if you love and appreciate quality artisan beer.
